* Change of Mind (Exchanges Only): Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, we may consider exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: A completed contact form must be filled out and reviewed by Touched by an Angel before any refund or exchange will be processed for the return. The item must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging. Customized or personalized items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected. For refunds of damaged or defective items, the refund will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photographic evidence. Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return/exchange authorization and instructions. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it to the address provided in the authorization email.
